Mango is a delicious and aromatic tropical fruit. Alphonso Mangoes are oval in Shape and about 4 to 6 inches long. The skin of the ripe fruit is golden saffron (Kesari) in colour and very thin which is incredible. Alphonso mangoes are rich and tender exclusive with a delicate creamy pulp. The mango has a sweet taste which is sometimes pleasantly tart, It is an excellent source of Vitamin A & C and rich in Iron contain.

Our mangoes are grown in the most natural way, with least use of chemicals and no artificial ripening. We practice the age-old Indian method of natural farming that prescribes the use of natural fertilizers, organic manure on the basis of which we obtain the Pesticide Residule certification to maintain international standards.

“The Flowering of The Mango Tree“

Mangoes belong to the genus Mangifera consisting of numerous Species of tropical fruitking trees in the flowering plant family Anacardiaceae. The flowers are produced in terminal panincles 10-40 cm long ; each flower is small & white with five petals 5-10mm long, with a mild sweet odor suggestive of lily of the valley.

The mango trees start blooming in January and mangoes are available towards the end of March onward.

The yield of each tree depend upon its life i.e. 5 year old tree will have the average capacity to yield 400 to 500 mangoes each, hence when blooming ocures we cutout the excessive flowering making sure of the trees capacity so that each fruits gets the right nutrition in right quantam resulting in a better quality fruit & not just quantity. After the flower finish the fruit takes 3 to 6 months to ripen. The mango must have warm dry weather to set fruit.
